Who We Are
Northeast Home and More was built by Jose and Bailey Llamas — lifelong residents of Painesville who share a deep passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces that people are proud to call home.
Jose, an engineer by trade, has always found joy in building, problem-solving, and bringing ideas to life. Bailey has a natural eye for design and a longstanding passion for interior aesthetics. Together, their skills are a perfect complement.
Their journey began in real estate investing — purchasing homes in need of extensive renovation and transforming them into properties families could be proud of. As word spread about the quality of their craftsmanship, they began receiving requests for custom projects and eventually expanded into custom home builds, pole barns, additions, and full remodels.
Today, Jose and Bailey work side by side from concept to completion — combining engineering precision with design sensibility to deliver a personalized, high-quality experience on every project.

Bailey Llamas
Co-Owner & Design LeadBailey grew up in Painesville with a natural eye for design and a passion for creating spaces that feel as good as they look. She works closely with every client to understand their vision and bring it to life — from floor plan to finishing details — in ways that consistently exceed expectations.
